Honestly the license system is terrible, I like to format my computer at least once a year, and EVERY time I had to send a email asking for my ID to be reset so I could reinstall the plugin... then one day the developers simply stopped updating the forums and answering the emails.
I was forced to search for a cracked version of the plugin after paying for it.
I'm sorry you bought it now, I really doubt you will get an official answer =/
